Precision load rated recoil springs for the replacement your worn spring recoil spring.  After some time springs fatigue and should be replaced for optimal function.  To keep your pistol running at it's best you should not only clean it, you should replace the springs at regular intervals based on your usage of the pistol and the type of ammo you use.  Choose the correct spring for your needs from the springs we use to build all of our custom 1911s.

    Excellent quality and value for such an important part of the firearms function. I purchased more of these springs because they are the same that originally came with my 10mm long slide. The springs have functioned flawlessly through 1000 rounds. I purchased more to have on hand because when i need to replace them, i know they work.
